Our Story

We are Neeley Brimer and Chef Bruno Terroso of Bluebonnet Culinary. Bluebonnet is an ancillary food service working with wineries and small businesses throughout the Okanagan to provide a unique style of dining and culinary services.

Our competitive advantage is our education, experience and network. Chef Bruno Terroso is both a Red Seal Chef and a graduate of College of New Caledonia Culinary School. Sommelier Neeley Brimer gained her wine knowledge through the WSET programs (1,2 & 3) and is a proud Level 2 member of the BC Wine Ambassador program.

We are well integrated in the local culinary scene with Terroso’s 14 + years experience as Executive Chef at The Vanilla Pod/Poplar Grove and Brimer’s 8+ years with Salty’s Beach House and Earls restaurants. Through these experiences, we have forged valuable relationships within the hospitality industry that will propel our vision forward.
