Sommelier Neeley Brimer gained her wine knowledge through the WSET programs (1,2 & 3) and is a proud Level 2 member of the BC Wine Ambassador program.
We are well integrated in the local culinary scene with Terroso’s 14 + years experience as Executive Chef at The Vanilla Pod/Poplar Grove and Brimer’s 8+ years with Salty’s Beach House and Earls restaurants. Through these experiences, we have forged valuable relationships within the hospitality industry that will propel our vision forward.
